1What Is Covered
New devices sold by ALIV are covered against defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use during the warranty period, in line with the manufacturer's warranty for that device.
2Warranty Period
- Smartphones, tablets and wearables: 12 months from the date of delivery or pickup unless the manufacturer states a longer period.
- Accessories: 90 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
- Refurbished or open-box items: the period shown on the product page.
3What We Will Do
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair the device, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or refund the purchase price where repair or replacement is not possible. Repaired or replaced devices carry the remainder of the original warranty.

- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic marks and battery capacity decline over time.
- Loss or theft, and software problems caused by third-party apps or unsupported changes.
- Devices with removed, altered or unreadable serial or IMEI numbers.
